Book an appointment without a referral or reschedule/cancel directly via our booking system
Zymego is our digital booking system where you can change/cancel your visit with us and request an appointment by putting yourself on our waiting list
Patients who have an appointment at the Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud can queue for an earlier appointment. When a visit to the clinic is canceled, the available time is automatically offered to patients on the waiting list. The patient who first accepts the offer is booked into the appointment. It is also easy to rebook/cancel your visit via Zymego. Login is via BankID.
What happens to my original reservation if I queue for an earlier time?
You always keep your original booking until you have accepted an offer and have received confirmation of your new appointment. If you have not received a confirmation, you will keep your original booking. You can always see your booked times under "My bookings".
How do I reschedule my visit?

Log in with BankID

Click on the booking

Select "rebook"

Choose an available time

You will receive a confirmation in the portal that the appointment has been rescheduled

You can see your new appointment under "My bookings"
How do I cancel my visit?

Select "Cancel"

Cancellation confirmation is given in the portal
