If you have received a referral to us at one of the clinics in Stockholm regarding skin changes, you may be invited to our research project "Artificial Intelligence as decision support to reduce the risk of misdiagnosis of skin changes".

During your visit to us, this means that the doctor takes three pictures as well as a three-second film clip of your skin change.

Why should I participate?
The aim of the project is to develop better diagnostic decision support for doctors in skin tumors. In the future, such a tool could support both doctors in health centres and skin clinics and reduce the number of skin changes that need to be cut off due to the uncertainty surrounding the diagnosis.

The service should not replace dermatologists, but in the future be able to provide decision support, mainly in primary care, with the ultimate goal of reducing mortality from malignant melanoma.

We are doing the project in collaboration with engineers at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Our expansion continues, now with another clinic in central Stockholm. Renovations are underway and in February 2022 we will open in one of hötorgsskraporna on the eighth floor.

We will be able to receive patients with referral, health insurance and private payers.

As in our other clinics, we will receive patients with different skin conditions, dots, acne and rosacea. It will be a larger clinic where eight dermatologists will have a reception.

"Thereis so much demand in Stockholm for our dermatology services and we see a need for both more doctors, specializing in skin, and premises. It's great to now also get additional capacity in the city in addition to the clinic we already have on Apelbergsgatan"says CEO Philip Jerlmyr

During the month of October, Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud a new skin clinic in Skövde. The clinic is primarily an insurance clinic that will also accept privately paying patients. The clinic in Skövde is located at Stationsgatan 12.

The clinic's operations are led by dermatologists Simone Kehler Rosenlind and Charlotte Sparring. Both Charlotte and Simone are currently also active at our clinic in Gothenburg.

"We are very happy to be opening in Skövde. This supports our strategy to be the
the largest player in Sweden in skin care",says CEO Philip Jerlmyr.
