We are very keen to pass on our knowledge and education in dermatology. We annually award two scholarships of SEK 25,000 each to young, promising dermatologists to enable further research and training at their clinics.

The training days will be held in Stockholm on 29-30 September 2023.

The Christmas and New Year holidays are just around the corner and we would like to send you a Christmas greeting from us at Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud!

Since 2016, we at Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud are involved in Girls Education Program Sweden Malawi (GEPSM), a small non-profit organization in Sweden and Norway that since 2013 works to support girls from the most vulnerable areas in Malawi and give them an opportunity to get the best quality education. Over the years, we at Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud have managed to break the pattern for a number of girls, had staff on site and built a well in the village. The girls who have come furthest have recently completed secondary education - the key to an independent life. It's great to be able to follow the girls' progress and personal development. In addition to education, GEPSM provides clothing, school uniforms, community activities and transport. During the pandemic, GEPSM has ensured that the girls have received extra support and remedial education as they have been sent home to their villages at times.

This year, as in previous years, Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud is donating money to GEPSM. The money will be used in full for the girls' education. This year we are needed more than ever as costs in Malawi have risen significantly.

With this greeting, we wish that more people get involved and contribute with us so that GEPSM's intention to provide girls with education, the best of opportunities to earn a living and become role models for their fellow sisters and daughters, can be fulfilled.15 000 SEK will provide a girl's school education for one year in Malawi. A first step to break the pattern and give the girls a dignified life. Please also follow the girls on Facebook, The Dowa Girls

If you want to contribute like us, you can pay directly to: PostGiro: 620101-6 or via Swish: 1235610548. All contributions count!

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and New Year!

GHM and BHM have successfully grown into one of the market-leading clinics in the west of Sweden in dermatology during recent years. The clinics are located at central addresses in both Gothenburg and Borås. They are primarily profiled as a private dermatology clinic where one can turn to without a referral and through insurance companies. The clinics have a total of 11 dermatologists and nurses working at their two units.

GHM and BHM are specialist clinics with dermatologists, for patients with skin diseases. As well as Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud they investigate and treat all types of skin diseases, both acute and chronic, such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, skin tumours and itching.

We are very happy to be part of the Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud, as we share the same way of thinking about quality care and commitment to what we do. In addition, we have the same view of running our clinics efficiently, but also that it is characterized by the fact that we have the best employees that we enjoy working with. says one of GHM´s owners Magnus Rehnström.

GHM and BHM are one of the best additions we can get to the Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud. With their experience and knowledge not only as dermatologists but also their focus as a private patient dermatology clinic, we together further strengthen our market leading position as a specialist with only focus on skin diseases and dermatology, which is excellent. " says Philip Jerlmyr, CEO of Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud.

Our common core values are Quality, Safety, Commitment, Innovation and Environmental Awareness.

We are pleased that in line with some of our core values, we have re-certified our clinics in accordance with our previously applicable ISO standard in Quality and Environment.

All clinics in Sweden have been re-certified according to ISO standards 9001 and 14001. For ISO 9001, this means that we have already implemented the quality management system and then ensured that we continue to meet the requirements set out in the standard. ISO 14001 is about environmental management. The purpose of a certification within ISO 14001 is to help companies minimize how their work processes negatively affect the environment (impact on air, water and land).

This means that all our clinics Malmö, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Skövde and Stockholm are certified according to this ISO standard. The certification is carried out by a professional party, SCAB – Svensk Certifiering AB who performs the audit together with us.
