You can become a patient with us through a referral from your health center, if you have private health insurance or as a private paying patient.
Referral
- If you have been referred to us, we will contact you shortly. However, if you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us by phone or 1177.
- If you want a referral to us, please contact your health center or one of the digital health providers.
Private
To make an appointment as a private-paying patient - select the relevant clinic and fill in the form. You will be contacted shortly.
Insurance
We cooperate with most insurance companies. If you have health insurance through one of the companies shown below, please contact the insurance company to make an appointment with one of our clinics.
